HeightStand against a wall, feet flat. Measure from the top of the head to the floor.
ChestMeasure around the fullest part of the chest, tape level and relaxed, not too tight.
WaistMeasure around the natural waistline, the narrowest part of the torso, just above the navel.
HipMeasure around the fullest part of the hips and seat, tape parallel to the floor.
