No itch, all twirl. Dresses that let childhood linger a little longer
I’m Swapnal, the founder of Faeella and a tech mom of two little girls who traded the corporate world for one filled with fairy dust. From my desk in California to late-night storytime, I kept seeing the same thing: my daughters loved dressing up, but the dresses we found were often itchy, stiff, or just not made for real little girls who run, giggle, and dream big.
So I took matters into my own hands. With a mix of a mother’s instinct, design curiosity, and a lot of care, I began creating dresses that look magical but feel like a hug. What started as a passion project for my daughters slowly grew into Faeella - a small-batch, story-led partywear brand dedicated to little fairies everywhere. Today, my girls are still my “chief twirl testers,” and every piece we release is rooted in that original intention: to bring a bit of wonder into their world, without asking them to sacrifice comfort or joy.

Meet Kiara, our 5-year-old co-founder, chief twirl tester, and the heart of Faeella.
Her daily dilemma: “Mermaid sparkles or bright ruffles?”. The stakes are very high when you’re the face of fairy fashion. She calls herself “born bossy”.
Playful, curious, and bursting with ideas, she keeps us honest with one test: “Does it twirl and feel soft?” When Kiara lights up, we know the magic is real.
