- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of order placement. During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take 4-5 business days.
- Business Hours: Orders are processed Monday through Saturday during regular business hours, excluding major holidays. Orders placed over Sunday will ship on the following business day.
- Shipping & Delivery Estimates: All shipping timelines are based on business days. Please note that carriers may experience occasional delays beyond our control.

📌 PO Boxes & Freight Forwarders: UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarders, so please ensure your shipping address is valid, especially when selecting expedited services.
📌 Address Changes: Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address modifications. If an incorrect address results in a return, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
📌 Lost or Delayed Shipments: Faeella is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. Expedited services are no longer guaranteed by carriers, meaning refunds cannot be provided for late deliveries.
