We want you to love your Faeella dress. If something isn’t quite right, eligible U.S. orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Who can return

  • U.S. domestic orders: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.

  • International orders: Final sale; not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return shipping fee (U.S.)

A $10 standard return shipping fee applies per return shipment for all U.S. domestic orders.

Eligibility requirements

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a return

  1. Go to your Order Details page and select “Request return.”
  2. Choose a reason (you may add a note to help us improve).
  3. Our team will review your request within 1-3 business days and email return shipping instructions if approved.
  4. Once your return label is received, please drop off your package with the shipping carrier within 7 days. Return labels that are not used within this window may expire and a new return request may be required.

Non-returnable items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping fees) within 10 business days.
  • Credit card refunds can only be processed to the same card used for the original purchase.
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
