Faeella Return Policy
We want you to love your Faeella dress. If something isn’t quite right, eligible U.S. orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Who can return

U.S. domestic orders: Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt.

International orders: Final sale; not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return shipping fee (U.S.)
A $10 standard return shipping fee applies per return shipment for all U.S. domestic orders.
Eligibility requirements
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to start a return
- Go to your Order Details page and select “Request return.”
- Choose a reason (you may add a note to help us improve).
- Our team will review your request within 1-3 business days and email return shipping instructions if approved.
Non-returnable items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Sale items and gift cards
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping fees) within 10 business days.
- Credit card refunds can only be processed to the same card used for the original purchase.
- Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
